Imposing doesn’t win🏆

A timeless lesson from the Ramayana

Excerpt : Power built on fear never lasts. When Rāvan tried to break Sita with threats, she answered with unwavering conviction—showing that true victory lies in dignity, not domination. Discover how this ancient Ramayana lesson can transform your leadership and business strategy. Read on to unlock the secret to ethical success today!

Sita boldly rebuked Rāvan yet she trembled with fear, striving hard to conceal. This didn’t escape keen eyes of Rāvan, who thought – She is mine if I frighten her enough & continued boasting about his terrible exploits.

Kuber & I are sons of the same father but different mothers. Once I fought with him for trivial cause & held him at my mercy. He then fled in terror from Lanka-the home to all luxury & wealth & now hides himself in Kailash. I deprived him of his Pushpak viman that carries its owner as per wish. All tremble in my presence,

Even Sun tones down its rays cooler than moon, trees don’t stir leaves & rivers stop flow seeing me

Rām is but a mere mortal & just with a lift of my little finger he will be defeated. Come with me, seek happiness, wealth & power in my arms & I’ll be your devoted servant.

Sita was thus praised, cajoled, threatened & scoffed. But she with flashing eyes poured storm of invectives at Rāvan –

Abandon all hopes of life If you dare carry me away. It doesn’t matter if you’ve drank waters of immortality, you’ll still die at hands of Rām.

💡 True strength lies in dignity, not domination.

A win is complete & satisfactory on its merit & not treachery. If we force our way, we’re bound for big defeat. In business too, success is sweet with customers satisfaction & praise, not bullying.
