  1. Sign up for your free Event Organiser acccount. CREATE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT NOW.
  2. Submit your event and the related details.
  3. Promote your Event using the social media sharing tools provided
  4. Start selling your event tickets online.

Once you create your free account on Bhogya.online, you can submit the details of your event. The required details are:

Name & address of the Event Organiser
Event title
Start and end date
Event type
Short event description
Event venue
Price per person(kids and adults)
Event Brochure 

When all the details are provided, we will create an event for you.

It normally takes 1-2 business days to setup the event.

We provide a number of social media sharing options on your event page, once your event has been created.  You can also share the Event URL with your friends and acquaintances. 

Every event we create is given a unique Bhogya.online URL (web address). To let people know about your event you need to share the link with them. By simply clicking on the link they’ll go directly to your event page where they will find all the details about the event and booking facility.

You need to inform us through email and we will cancel/delete the event.

Festivals, concerts, cultural events ( music, dance, drama), classes, workshops, seminars, webinars, conference. Please write to us at info@bhogya.online about your event and we will get back to you at the earliest about the possibilities.

Sometimes things happen outside of our control and we need to cancel a planned event. The attendees who have already booked will be informed through email. The cancellation will also be posted on Bhogya.online. You may also inform using your social media channels. The next thing would be to cancel and refund the orders.

Event Organisers can use the website to promote their events to a wider audience. Free Events are free. For paid events that use the ticketing services of bhogya.online, there are fees applicable. Please write to info@bhogya.online to get your personalised offer.

The revenues for the tickets sold via bhogya.online will be paid out after one week past the event date.  

Once the event is created on bhoyga.online, we send you a Weekly Report of the tickets booked. On the day of the event, we will send you the final Attendees Report.

Once the event is over, we send you a Settlement Report, which gives the complete picture including the attendees’ email address, total number of tickets sold, the discounts, the site charges and total amount due.

No, there are no contracts to be signed by you. You only need to create a FREE account with us to start hosting the event on bhogya.online
