About Bhavana Issar
Founder of Caregiver Saathi
Bhavana created Caregiver Saathi after her personal experience of caring for her father. The platform provides long-term, home-based support for families, reshaping how caregiving is seen and valued in India.
Global Recognition and Achievements
With nearly three decades of experience in HR, leadership, and organizational development, Bhavana has advised WHO and Stanford University on caregiving issues. She partners with organizations to shape “Future Fit Corporates” that are resilient and innovative, anticipating shifts in both talent and consumer needs.
She is a WomenLift Health Global Fellow (2025) and was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by XLRI Jamshedpur (2024). Her inspiring journey is also featured in Rashmi Bansal’s bestselling book “Touch the Sky.”
Educator and Consultant
Bhavana runs her boutique consulting firm, Sambhaavna, and is deeply engaged in innovation, leadership, and organization development. She has been a visiting faculty at leading institutions including XLRI, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Udaipur, NMIMS, SP Jain, and SPA.

Motorcycling and Breaking Boundaries
Bhavana is a motorcyclist and Limca record holder, believing that motorcycling has helped her push the boundaries of both body and mind. She also supports women who dream of taking up motorcycling.

A passionate storyteller, Bhavana believes humour has the power to heal and transform. She is even considering a career in stand-up comedy. In her downtime, she explores technology, meditates while crocheting, and enjoys life in Mumbai with her husband, teenage daughter, and pet.
