The list of all upcoming events is given here. You can search for an event using the search bar or using the different search criteria. Once you have found the event of your interest, click on it to get more details . You will have to option of buying the tickets on the same page.

Each event will have the ticket types as given by the Event organisers. These would be displayed on the event page.

We always request the event organisers to provide as much information as possible about an event, but we totally understand that sometimes, there may be some information gaps about the event which are not particularly addressed or given in the event page. In such instances, you can click on the email of the event organiser and send them your queries. You can also write to us using the Contact Form.


All our prices are inclusive of taxes and booking charges. The amount displayed at the time of payment is the final price.

Your order confirmation will be displayed after checkout. You will also receive an order confirmation by email. In busy periods this can take a couple of hours. If you do not receive any email, please send us an e-mail with your name, billing address and purchase details.

If your chosen method of payment is credit / debit card, then you will receive the e receipt immediately by email and it will also be available for download from your “My Account” area. If you have paid by direct bank transfer / SOFORT / Giropay, etc., then the tickets will be emailed to you upon confirmation of the transaction. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

In case you haven’t received your receipt even after one week of purchase, please check you spam folders and if you still haven’t found them, please write to us at info@bhogya.online.

First, check all junk and spam folders. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation email, please send us an e-mail with your name, full address and purchase details (including the screen shot of the payment).

It happens, don’t worry! Send us an email with your name, full address and purchase details and we’ll email your tickets to you again. 

Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable. Tickets once sold are NOT eligible for cancellation and refund.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will refund the ticket price as per our refund policy.

  • An event will be considered as “CANCELLED” if the event organiser has cancelled the event without providing an alternate show date.
  • An event is considered as “RESCHEDULED”, if the event organiser has rescheduled the event to a new date.
  • We will inform you via email about such incidents.
  • If you are the original buyer of the tickets i.e. if you are the person who originally purchased the ticket(s) via our website – https:/bhogya.online, please send us the completed refund form to info@bhogya.online to be able to claim a refund if the event is either CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED
  • If you have used Credit / debit cards to make the purchase, the refund  will be automatically issued via the same payment method.
  • In case you had made the purchase via a direct bank transfer, then the original buyer has to fill out the refund form and send it to info@bhogya.online
  • After the official cancellation or reschedule of the event, the refund will be issued within 30 days from the date of receipt of the duly filled in refund form.

Since we, at bhogya.online do not promote any event, such options are decided by the event organisers or promoters. We donot have any influence on them with regard to such discounts. 

There are many events where such a reduction is possible and this would be explicitly stated on our website. When such tickets are purchased, you will have to show document evidence at the entrance to the venue. These could be Student ID, Personal ID card, handicapped pass, etc. Please ensure that you carry these with you when you go to the event.

Yes, it is possible to “add to cart” as many events as you wish and also choose as many ticket types for various events, before you proceed to checkout. We at bhogya.online aim to provide convenience and save time for you so you have more time for other things that matter to you.

We at bhogya.online do not promote any event and therefore, such options are decided by the event organisers or promoters. The event organisers generally donot accept any return of tickets. On the event page, this will be clearly mentioned and we request you to read all the information before making a purchase.


You can easily set up your account with us by registering at our site. Once you register, you can login to the website to administer your profile, make changes to your profile, update your profile, edit your preferences. In short, you will have complete control of your account.

At the dashboard, you can easily get an overview of all your purchases. With the option of saved payment options, you can make purchases faster

Upon registration you will be automatically subscribed to our Newsletters, that would keep you updated about all the events. You can cancel your subscription at any time and sign up again any time.

Yes. All customer data is kept secure and confidential . We do not sell or provide your data to any 3rd parties. All the credit card transactions are handled by a secure gateway.

If you forget your password, please go to “My Account”, click “log in” and there you can give your email and click on “Forgot password”. We will then send you an email with a temporary password with which you can login again and reset your password.
