The following are the terms and conditions for participating in the Bala Kala Utsav organised by Samskriti Europe:-
- The promoter of the Utsav, is Samskriti Europe.
- This Utsav is applicable for residents of Europe and EEA only.
- The participants should be between 5 & 15 years of age.
- Participation can be as an individual or as a group. Each member of the group has to register separately.
- Participation is possible only after complete registration and acceptance by Samskriti Europe..
- Each participant can submit only one entry.
- Kindly take note of the registration deadline as well as the video submission deadline. Submission will not possible beyond these deadlines.
- Participation through counterfeit profiles or third party individuals is not permitted.
- There is no entry fee for participation. There are no prizes or rewards for participation.
- Bhogya.online or Samskriti Europe take no responsibility for registrations received after the closing date.
- The participant may cancel their participation at any time by sending an email to samskriti.eu@gmail.com
- The participants must refrain from using any abusive, hateful, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, insensitive language, must refrain from hurting the religious and/or racial sentiments of any community or individual, must refrain from expressing any political views, or make potentially controversial statements.
- Participants should refrain from submitting any copyrighted content and must take full responsibility for the content they send to Bhogya.online for this campaign. If we come to know of any copyright or Intellectual Property Rights violations, we will be forced to remove such content without any notice.
- At any point of time, Samskriti Europe / Bhogya.online does not own the content submitted by the participants and does not take responsibility for such contents submitted by the participants for the purpose of this Utsav.
- A user account will be created on this website and the information provided through the registration form will be treated in accordance with our General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and by clicking the “Submit” button, the participant agrees to the these. The information collected, will be processed and utilised for the purpose of this Utsavam. The video recording will be shared with third party individuals for checking for the conformity to the objectives of the campaign. Bhogya.online may also use the data to create a directory on its website. Participants have the right to object to any of the above by sending an email to info@bhogya.online.
- By clicking the “Submit” button, the participant also agrees to the use the following data relating to the nature of personal Profile – Age, email address, Phone number, Location (only city & Country), Photos, videos, My Social Media Profiles – Facebook, LinkedIN, Twitter, Instagram, etc. (where applicable) and some titbits of information “about me” including but not limited to their art forms, etc. to be published on some video streaming channels like You Tube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, etc., without claim for remuneration now or at any point of time in the future. Furthermore, the participant agrees to absolve Bhogya.online, owned by OPTIMA e-Solutions GmbH, its employees, partners and stakeholders from any liability for using the information about them collected through this exercise.
- By clicking the “Submit” button, you give your parental consent to Bhogya.online and Samskriti Europe to process and save the personal data of your child(dren) submitted through this form, and the use of the data and video recording(s) on public forums (e.g. YouTube, among others).
- This Utsav is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any social media network such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc..
- Bhogya.online and/or Samskriti Europe reserves the right to change, modify, cancel any or all of the above terms and conditions or any part thereof without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to this will be notified to the registered participants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- Samskriti Europe’s decision is final with regard to all matters of this Utsav and no communication will be entertained.
- If any one or more of the aforementioned terms becomes invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
