Yoga with Anjuly Rudolph

Join uson 4th June, Thursday at 6 pm with Ms. Anjuly Rudolph from Yogalife , Bonn for a Yoga Session.

Ms. Anjuly Rudolph grew up in a traditional middle class Indian family. Her mother Tripta Bhanot is a well known yoga teacher in India & six of her seven siblings are internationally acclaimed yoga teachers. After being trained as a yoga teacher at yogalife, she is entitled as Yogacharya.

Where her Indian roots equipped her with the Vedic Yogic Knowledge, her travels and extended stays in Uganda, Burundi, Syria and Tunisia gave her a deep understanding of human behaviour. The insight into the cultural diversity and the uniqueness of each individual has further strengthened her competence as a coach and mentor.

Her ability to speak seven languages has been vital in understanding, that despite the lingual, geographical and cultural boundaries, most people are facing the same physical and emotional challenges; therefore, a holistic approach is the only solution to all suffering in the world.
