Consulate General of India, Hamburg in collaboration with Angira Bhattacharya, Kolkata is organizing a Facebook Live Kathak Session on Wednesday, 3rd June 2020 at 17:00 hrs (CET).
Angira Bhattacharya is a Kathak Artist, having more than 10 years of experience in performance and teaching. Since childhood, Angira has been a part of prestigious Kathak competitions and programs across India and abroad. She has also completed her M.Phil in dance. She is one of the key members and choreographers of many eminent Kathak, Indian classical and contemporary dance groups and performing art troups. A great believer in the power of art and traditional Indian art forms, Angira is now on a mission to reach out to all the art enthusiasts with her Kathak dance and encourages the coming generation to letting them know about this beautiful dance form with workshops, tutorials and classes.
