International Day of Yoga Celebration 2020
Join us on 5th June, Friday at 6 pm with Mr. Amol Sonaikar and Ms Preeti Sonaikar.
Preeti & Amol are teaching Yoga in different formats to all age Groups and are founder of ‘Happy Yoga’ in Frankfurt.
Both of them hold yoga teacher degree from Yoga University Nasik, from Yoga Guru Vishwas Mandlik and have learnt Hath Yoga for 2 years in Pune at Iyengar Yoga Institute.
Happy Yoga specialises in Sopan-Yoga that can be done easily even by the beginners. It can also be practiced at Home or Office as per convenience & helps in reducing Stress.
In this Session they will be teaching Sopan-Yoga which is derived from Hath-Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga concept.
