Samskriti Europe is pleased to announce its second edition of "Bala Kala Utsav"- an exclusive event for children in Europe to showcase their talents. Learning an Indian Classical Art living far away from the homeland is a gift & a challenge. It is a unique gift for the next generation of kids to be able to ensure the continuity of culture and value system unique to India. It is a challenge to actually understand the rich heritage they hail from. Â
We at Samskriti Europe, are very well aware of this. Which is why we would like to celebrate the Bala Kala Utsav that appreciates the talent of our young kids through an Online Utsav.
Performances can be music, dance, rangoli, drawing, painting, sketching, shloka recitation, story telling, oratorical of a favorite character, or any other art form from the 64 arts - the only requisite is that the art has to be Indian Classical or Semi Classical ONLY.
Kindly register for the event by 15th April and send in the video recordings by 1st of May. The recordings will be streamed on Samskriti Europe's YouTube Channel from 25th to 29th May 2023.

Countries — Participants should be living in any EU or EEA regions
Type — Can be solo or as a group
Registration Deadline — 15.04.2023
Video Submission Deadline — 01.05.2023; guidelines will be mailed to registered participants
Platform — Videos will be streamed on Samskriti Europe’s YouTube Channel between 25 to 29 May 2023
